A few things you may want to know.
How can I explore your photography style?
The gallery features AI recreations based on real funeral ceremony scenes, presented with respect for families’ privacy. The short preview uses these recreated images rather than original event footage. Before booking, ask about the team’s background, any genuine samples available and the delivery scope. Client images are never used for social media promotion.
Is photography included in the videography price?
Photography is an optional add-on: RM 700 for one day, RM 1,200 for two days and RM 1,500 for three days. Combined totals are RM 2,388, RM 3,588 and RM 4,988 respectively. If you only need photographs, photography is available on its own at RM 1,188 per day.
What does two or three-day coverage mean?
Coverage follows the agreed multi-day ceremony schedule and does not mean continuous 24-hour recording. Confirm daily hours and each session, including any wake, ceremony, procession, cremation or burial, before booking.
Can you accommodate different religious or family customs?
Share the type of ceremony and your family’s customs first. The team must confirm suitability and discuss recording restrictions and venue rules with the family and ceremony coordinator before accepting the booking.
Can we ask for certain moments not to be recorded?
Yes. Identify people, scenes or parts of the ceremony you prefer not to have recorded in advance. On-site arrangements should also follow the family’s and coordinator’s instructions.
Will the images be public, and when will we receive them?
Client recordings are delivered privately. We never share them on social media, even when the family offers permission. Film versions, photo quantity, delivery method, retention period and turnaround must be agreed in writing before booking.
Can you help at short notice or in another state?
Availability needs to be checked. Primary coverage is Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Enquiries for Seremban, Melaka and Johor are welcome. Additional travel and accommodation charges apply and must be agreed before booking.
