Remembrance Films records farewell ceremonies with care and respect, bringing family presence and important moments together in a film to revisit in your own time. We begin by understanding the family’s customs and ceremony schedule, then agree on the moments to preserve and any recording restrictions.
What would your family like to preserve?
Some families wish to keep important moments from the ceremony. Some relatives cannot attend, while others may want to revisit details they could not take in on the day.
Tell us about the ceremonies, family tributes, memorial objects and farewell moments you would like recorded. If you would like to preserve speeches or specific ceremony audio, please mention this in advance so we can discuss the recording conditions and appropriate delivery version.

The one-day package covers the agreed moments from the ceremony through cremation or burial within the package hours. Multi-day bookings follow an agreed daily schedule and do not mean continuous 24-hour attendance.
The lengths above refer to the edited films. A highlight edit is not an uncut recording of the entire ceremony. Availability and pricing for other film versions or original material must be agreed before booking.
How we work around the ceremony
Before filming, we coordinate the date, venues, schedule, important moments and restrictions with the family and funeral coordinator. The ceremony comes first. We work around the flow without asking family members to pose or recreate emotions.
If changes, waiting time or transfers may extend beyond the agreed coverage, we will discuss them with the designated contact first. Overtime availability, rates and any additional deliverables require written agreement.
We understand that families may wish for more photographs or footage. We welcome an early conversation and will consider adjustments where feasible. Final coverage hours, deliverables and overtime arrangements remain subject to written agreement.
Film delivery and privacy
Film versions, resolution, formats, the first-draft date and revision arrangements are confirmed in writing before booking. The quotation distinguishes highlight edits, full-length versions and original material so the family knows what will be delivered.
Client images are delivered privately. We do not publish or share client funeral photographs or videos on social media, even if the family is willing to give permission.
The website preview uses images recreated with AI from real ceremony settings, together with music, to illustrate a visual direction and pace. It is not original footage from a client ceremony.
Service areas and booking
Our primary service areas are Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Standard packages cover an agreed 40 km range within the Klang Valley. The starting point and distance calculation are confirmed before booking. Travel and accommodation cost extra beyond the agreed range. Enquiries for Seremban, Melaka and Johor are welcome, subject to availability and an agreed quotation.
Please share the date, location, expected schedule and package you are considering. A booking is confirmed after the agreed deposit is received and we issue written confirmation. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date.
Questions before booking a film
Which package should we consider for a single day?
If the requested moments can be covered within 4–6 hours, start by asking about one-day videography. For ceremonies across several days or longer hours, share the schedule so we can confirm suitable coverage and pricing.
Do the two- and three-day packages include all-day filming?
Daily hours must be agreed in advance. Multi-day coverage does not mean continuous 24-hour attendance. The quotation specifies dates, venues and important moments.
Are photographs included?
Photography is an optional add-on. Photography-only service is also available at RM 1,188 per day.
When will the film be ready, and can we request changes?
We will agree on the first-draft date, included revision rounds and feedback deadline with you before booking and record them in the quotation.
Can you accommodate different religions or family customs?
Please describe the ceremony, customs and venue rules first. We must confirm whether the team can accommodate the arrangements with the family and funeral coordinator before accepting the booking.
